《什麼是純素主義》
純素是一種不傷害動物的生活方式，不吃豬雞牛羊魚貓狗人等任何的動物，跟動物們開心地生活在地球上，除此之外，純素不吃蛋、不喝牛奶，或動物奶製品，例如起司焗烤等等。當然植物奶製品不算。不食用蜂蜜、動物皮革、動物製品或經動物實驗之產品。
